The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) will be delivering a valuable webinar to provide advice and guidance to those that want to find out how to get their fuel tax credits right.
The webinar will be held on 2 November and will be covering:
- Why and when rates change and how to work out the correct rate
- The records that need to be maintained
- Tools and tips on time saving, including simplified methods when claiming less than $10,000 in fuel credits a year.
The ATO increased fuel tax credit rates on 1 July and 1 August 2017, and has made available an easy-to-use and regularly-updated fuel tax credit calculator to help people work out their claim.
