Help to claim JobKeeper payments
The Government has announced a $130 billion JobKeeper payment to help keep more Australians in jobs and support businesses who have been significantly affected by the Coronavirus pandemic.
If you are an employer, you may be able to access the JobKeeper payment to continue to pay your eligible employees. An estimated 6 million workers are due to receive a fortnightly payment of $1,500 (before tax) through their employer from 30 March. The aim of the payment is for employers to remain connected with their workforce and help businesses to restart quickly when the current crisis is over.
Here at TaxAssist Accountants we can help to:
- work out if you are eligible
- work out which of your employees are eligible
