The ATO is urging small businesses to be paying and reporting super electronically using the new SuperStream format by 28th October 2016.
For small businesses that are currently using cheque or direct deposit, the ATO is informing that the switch over needs to be made now. Businesses will still need to make changes to their reporting, even if they are already paying by EFT and BPAY.
To help with switching over to SuperStream, the ATO is running free webinars, which are designed to help you understand and implement the system.
This will be held on Wednesday 5th and Saturday 22nd October.
For more information, visit the ATO website.
